We are advocates of mental health with support from nature.

Being from Vancouver, we are blessed with incredible beauty, surrounded by the mountains, ocean and forest. Our environment inspires us to be aware and appreciative of nature. Yet it’s not all sunshine in the most livable city in the world. As do many others around the world, we face noise and environmental challenges.

Earthy Microdosing was developed with the help of herbalists, advocates, entrepreneurs, creatives, parents and all folks of different strokes. We’ve experienced life, taken part in communities and listened.

A great life isn’t about great big things, it’s about small things that make a big difference. With a little intent, positive momentum is just around the bend.

But starting can be the hardest part. For those who are going through a rough time ( occasionally or chronically ) simply getting out of bed may seem like a mountain to climb. We want to help get the ball moving.

Sustainable health is treating the cause, not the symptoms. Our approach to wellness is focusing on the natural factors ( stress, trauma, depression and mood ) that lead to excessive wear-and-tear on our bodies. Our all natural formulations invigorate, relax, and uplift so we have the mental readiness to seek wellness suited for our own individual needs.

If we can reconnect with nature, we would have a healthier relationship with the very things that sustain our lives.

Life-based medicines, mislabelled as “alternative medicines”, are the original medicines. The classics. Nearly half of all human pharmaceuticals now in use were originally derived from natural sources, from life-saving Penicillin (mold) to everyday Aspirin (willow trees). Traditional, life-based, medicines may not always have piles of funded, “independent” research. Because they are already proven over millennia and empowered human progress since the beginning of civilization. By rediscovering our roots and removing the stigma cast by big pharma, we would find sustainable wellness in abundance. Traditional Medicines derived from nature are safe, effective, and proven.
